Invoiced to company: All expenses may be invoiced to the company with a payment term of 15 days from the date of invoice issuance, provided that the company completes prior registration and is authorized by the contractor.
*We issue two types of tax documents: DANFE (Food & Beverage Consumption Invoice) and Service Invoice (for Daily Rates, Room and Equipment Rentals).

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Cancellations can be made until 2 PM on the date of the reservation; after this time, the hotel will charge 100% of the first night's rate.
Changes to the reservation can be made until 2 PM; after that time, no further changes will be possible.

NO SHOW POLICY
In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the first night's stay, according to the cancellation policy.

ANIMAL POLICY
The hotel does NOT allow pets.

CHILDREN'S POLICIES
All children are welcome, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult. Accommodation for minors unaccompanied by parents or guardians is not permitted, as per the law below:

GENERAL CONDITIONS
DOMESTIC POLITICS
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas of the hotel where there are roofs.
All daily rates expire at 12:00 PM, but the hotel offers a grace period until 1:00 PM.
All guests must complete the registration form or sign a form with their information filled in.
Daily rates will be charged upon check-in.
For the benefit of the guests themselves, silence should be maintained after 10 pm, thus avoiding interference from the night supervisor.
The hotel is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle, nor for any damage that may be caused to the vehicle.
The hotel is not responsible for belongings left in common areas.
Items left behind in the apartments will be the hotel's responsibility for a maximum of 30 days. If no one is contacted to retrieve the item, the hotel will donate it.
The hotel is not responsible for electronic equipment damaged during use on the hotel premises.
All electrical outlets in the hotel are 220V;

TIME:
Breakfast: served Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM, and Friday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Lunch: served from 12:00 to 14:30.
Dinner: served from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
• All food and beverage services will be charged according to the guest's consumption.
• Consumption of food or beverages brought from outside the hotel is not permitted in common areas. Consumption inside the room is allowed.
• Hotel Serra de Jundiaí, in compliance with current legislation, does not serve alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age.
